What Is A Home Inspection?
A home inspection is a visual inspection of a home, conducted to identify any potential areas of concern that may need to be addressed.
The visual inspection will be consistent with the standards of practice of the National Academy of Building Inspection Engineers (NABIE), designed to identify significant deficiencies and/or repairs needed in the major systems of a home (structural, heating, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, roof, and exterior) and to provide a general understanding of the property’s current condition.

Our Home Inspection Process
Here is what you can expect during a standard home inspection:
- A member of our team will connect with you to discuss the inspection and arrange a suitable time to conduct the inspection.
- Our engineer will visually inspect the following areas:

- Wood-Destroying Insect Activity
- Basement Water
- Ventilation
- Heating & Cooling Energy Efficiency

- Interior & Exterior
- Roofing
- Life & Fire Safety
- Pool & Spa, if applicable

- Following the on-site inspection, the engineer will prepare a detailed written report outlining current condition and recommendations for maintenance or repairs.
