Criterium-Jansen now offers utility usage reporting for multi-unit residential buildings, like condominiums, and commercial spaces.
Under the Reporting of Energy Consumption and Water Use regulation, buildings are required to report Utility (Water and Electricity) usage per square foot. You must also report gross floor area. The results must be certified by a professional engineer and reported into the Energy Star System.
